Kyoungchan Park
Dr. Kyoungchan Park is a Professor of Dermatology at the Seoul National University College of Medicine, Korea. His research focuses on many aspects of pigment cell biology including regulation of skin pigmentation and pathophysiology of pigmentary diseases. Dr. Park trained as a resident in dermatology department at the Seoul National University Hospital. In 1987, Dr. Park joined the faculty of the departments of dermatology at the Seoul National University College of Medicine. He received his PH.D. degree in Medical Science from the Seoul National University. For the past two decades, He investigated the signal transduction of melanogenesis, biology of skin stem cells, and various aspects of cosmetic science. Dr. Park has published over 150 scientific papers. Dr. Park had been contributed as a president of ASPCR and now served as a vice-president of IFPCS. He is a chairman of department of dermatology of Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and also serves as a director of Biomedical Research Institute of Seoul National University Bundang Hospital.
